These booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the booking of H Power Motor vehicles listed on the Book Online section and form a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended, between You and H Power Motor Company Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered offices at “H power”, Rose Vale, House # 8, Road # 8A, Nikunjo-1, R/A Dhaka-1229, Bangladesh “H Power”

For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires “You/Your” will mean any person who has agreed to place the Booking of any H Power through the website. The term “We/Us/Our” will mean H Power Motor.

  1. Booking

    By placing a booking with Us, You express Your intention to purchase the vehicle specified by You (“Vehicle”) and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your purchase of the Vehicle and delivery by Us will be subject to Your compliance with the Terms hereunder and other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. Booking is subject to availability of the chosen vehicle at dealership.

  2. Booking and Full Payment Amounts
    1. The booking Amount of Tk 5 000 shall be paid by You through the link provided on this Site. This shall be a non-interest bearing and will confirm Your booking. The same shall be construed as an offer from your end and shall be adjusted against payment of the final Vehicle price by You. Upon the receipt of the amount in the Bank Account of H Power, we shall communicate the acceptance of the Booking, however, The acceptance of the Booking does not be construed as completion of the sale of the H Power vehicle as it is subject to the payment of balance amount, documentation requirements and terms and conditions.
    2. You will receive a payment confirmation for booking via SMS/email. You can also share your transaction ID with the dealership to share status of the booking payment. You will be contacted by the Dealership to complete the invoicing process.
    3. Booking amount of Rs 10,000 shall be paid for HTM HTM R1 Bluer by you through the like provided on this site.
  3. Price of the H Power Vehicle
    1. The Price displayed on the vehicle displayed, if any, on the website of TVSM is only the ex-showroom price of the vehicle. The On-Road price is subject to road tax, accessories charges etc., The final Vehicle price is the prevailing price as applicable on the date of intimation regarding final Vehicle payment. The balance sale price (i.e. balance sale consideration) shall be paid directly to the dealer(s) notified by TVSM.
    2. Ex-showroom price is indicative and may vary at the time of purchase. Ex-showroom price is inclusive of taxes. Additional accessories will need to be purchased at the dealership. On-road price includes insurance, registration and road tax. This has to be paid at the dealership. You may request for receipts for the same from the dealership
    3. Please take note that TVSM is only receiving the Booking Amount as a facilitator to promote the sale between the TVSM dealer and You. The actual transaction of the sale is a contract between You and the TVSM Dealer with whom you shall be making the payment of balance sale price.
    4. TVSM shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of the Booking Amount to the Bank Account of TVSM due to technical or other reasons in the payment gateway or banking network issues
  4. Finance
    1. Once you apply for fiance, from that point, you will be governed by the T&C’s of the financier. Please refer to the T&C’s of the financier before proceeding
    2. All information collected are as per the requirements of the financier
    3. All documents and information will be passed on to the financier and will not be stored by TVS Motor
    4. TVS Motor is not responsible for any actions by the financier
    5. No-cost EMI offer
      1. This offer is valid for Apache RTR 160 4V, Apache RTR 200, Scooty Pep+, Zest & TVS Raider vehicles purchased on the TVS Motor website
      2. This offer is valid for EMI tenures of 3 and 6 months.
      3. This offer is valid on the ex-showroom price of Ntorq, Apache RTR 160 4V, Apache RTR 200, Scooty Pep+, Zest & TVS Raider vehicles as applicable in the respective state.
      4. This offer is valid till 30th September 2021.
      5. Additional charges for availing the EMI maybe levied by the bank as per their policy. Please check the terms and conditions of your selected bank for details. Subsidy given is only on the interest component and not on the additional charges levied by bank like PF, interest on moratorium and GST.
      6. Any additional terms and conditions, including conversion to the EMI, may be applied by the respective banks. TVS Motor will not have any involvement in the same.
      7. In case of any issues/clarifications regarding the loan kindly connect directly with your selected bank. TVS Motor will not have any involvement in the same.
      8. TVS Motor reserves the right to discontinue the offer at any time without any notice.
      9. This offer is applicable only to credit cards
      10. Once opted for the EMI offer, no changes will be entertained by TVS Motor/ the respective bank
      11. EMI facility will be applicable for selected banks’ Credit Card holders only

      13. This offer is applicable only for ex-showroom price and for the balance amount including RTO / Insurance costs etc. the dealer will get in touch with you

      Note: This No Cost EMI is an offer in which the Customer will pay only the price of the selected Product and the interest charged by the bank on such credit card as per the prevailing interest will be absorbed by TVSM and the customer enjoys the benefit of this No- Cost / interest free EMI as an upfront discount.

      For no-cost EMI, the monthly payment to bank is calculated by dividing the cost of the product by number of installments selected by the customer while availing this facility, thereby the customer pays only the price of the selected product.

  5. Delivery Schedule

    We/our dealer will communicate the estimated delivery period for Your Vehicle and will make all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Your Vehicle within the specified delivery period by the dealer notified by us. Any change or delay in the delivery period will be notified to You by Us/our dealer. We will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred/suffered by You due to delay in delivery of the Vehicle by Us. However, in the event of any delays, You may cancel and claim a refund of Your Pre-Order Amount in accordance with these Terms.

  6. Cancellation/Refund
    1. Refunds on booking amounts will be made within 60 days from the date of cancellation.
    2. This amount is refundable till the point of making the full payment for purchasing the vehicle.
    3. Please note that once the full payment for the vehicle, including the accessories, has been made, the sale shall be deemed as complete, and cancellation or claim for any refund amount will not be possible
  7. Assignment or Transfer

    You acknowledge and agree that Your booking is for delivery of Vehicle only to You and You may not transfer or assign rights granted to You under these Terms to any third party.

  8. Collection of Information

    We may require certain information and documents from You for processing Your booking, complying with statutory requirements, and/or conducting a site inspection for installation of the Vehicle charging station. You represent and warrant that all such information and documents will be true, complete and accurate. You will promptly notify Us of any change in the information provided to allow Us to update Our records. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by You will be in accordance with Our Privacy Policy available at

  9. Territory

    The Vehicle is available for booking or sale in such territories as may be designated by Us. You may not place a Booking for delivery of the Vehicle outside these territories.

  10. Purchase Terms

    These Terms are applicable to the Booking of the Vehicle. You acknowledge that purchase of Vehicle will be subject to such additional terms and conditions as may be prescribed by Us including without limitation, the TVS General Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Purchase Terms”). Such Purchase Terms are subject to change, and We recommend that You carefully read and understand all the prescribed Purchase Terms before proceeding with the purchase of the Vehicle and making the full payment.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Your sole and exclusive remedy and Our aggregate and cumulative liability for any material breach under these Terms will be limited to refund of the Booking Amount in the amount of valid cancellation.

  12. Disclaimer

    The Vehicle will in all material aspects be similar to the Vehicle presented or advertised in marketing or promotional campaigns. However, in view of Our endeavors to continuously innovate and improve Our products, We reserve the right to modify or alter the specifications, features and/or design of the Vehicle without prior notice and any liability.

  13. Miscellaneous
    1. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform Our obligations under these Terms, where such delay or failure is due to any reasons beyond Our reasonable control.
    2. In the event any of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired thereby. These Terms will be subject to the laws of India and any dispute hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.
